There were some debates on different ways to produce lightning effects with MS. This is one way to do it if you want the lightning to zap at specific targets.
I think it's about time that I reposted this in a more official way. Here is the Rune Draw Casting system as portrayed in #showcase. Of course, you can add your own rune shapes and spells, and you can do so by checking for a modifier collection on spell resolution.
